Still working on getting motivated...and Merry Christmas

I'll bang out 10 pull-ups and 20 push ups but then I just don't feel like doing any more.  I think I just get to easily distracted at home without anyone else around to motivate me. I'm going to try to maybe work out at the park down the road where I can run and do exercises on the playground equipment. Hopefully there'll be people there I don't necessarily like an audience judging what I'm doing but I think it would force me to try harder. We'll see.

So hard to get back into it.


Its been a few days since I started this crossfit blog and air haven't worked out once. I find it SPL difficult to get motivated. What does everyone else do to get back in the groove?

My Crossfit Journal

Hi welcome to my workout blog, I use to be a pretty religious gym goer about 5 yrs ago but I slowly began to lose motivation to go.  I'm still not really motivated to actually commit to going to a gym everyday but I hope to start a workout routine at home just using a pull-up bar and myself.

I'm starting this blog in hopes that keeping a record of my workouts and talking it to perhaps help others who might accidentally stumble across this blog might keep me motivated enough to stick to it.  If you noticed my blogs name is crossfit journal, my plan is do do crossfit workouts because of the variation of exercises I think part of my problem was I just became bored working out.  Until next time..
